By creating an account or using Sitetolink ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sitetolink provides a decision engine for smart links — routing visitors to different destinations based on device, browser, platform, country, and other conditions. You create routing rules, we handle the redirects.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious redirects.
• You must not use the Service to distribute malware, phishing links, or spam.
• You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the free tier.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. Free accounts inactive for 12 months may be deleted. Paid accounts will be notified before any termination.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from service downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sitetolink is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, data loss, or misdirected traffic.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
